The walk begins at Bruno Vogel's villa, the first known building by Otto Reichner in Opava, and continues towards the historic city centre, where the architect realized a number of projects. The walk ends at the municipal outdoor swimming pool complex, Reichner’s most significant work in Opava, guiding visitors to a public facility where they can enjoy both sport and modern architecture.

This walk highlights the most significant villas from the First Republic era, including the villas of August and Erich Lassmann, Bruno Vogel's villa, and Karl Gottwald's villa, as well as examples of housing for state employees from the same period.

The walk begins at one of Opava’s most iconic First Republic buildings, the Breda & Weinstein department store, designed by architect Leopold Bauer. It continues with buildings designed for the historic centre by Otto Reichner, Leopold Bauer’s son Harald Bauer, Miloslav Kopřiva, Gotthard Faika, and Erich Geldner. New constructions include the houses of Opava’s block of buildings called “špalíček” behind the Hláska Tower on the Upper Square (Horní náměstí), the František Havlický corner house at Hrnčířská and Ostrožná streets, and the residential and commercial building of the Municipal Savings Bank opposite the Co-Cathedral. The walk ends with a unique technical monument – the electrical current converter station from the late 1920s.
